interface and test software for precision temperature measurement system (C,
VHDL). Formerly assigned to the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program in support of
the Life Extension project as well as Weapon System Engineering US & UK
Operations. Also assisted with PDR preparation for the Low Cost Test Missile
Kit project, updated legacy simulation software for the JIMO project, and

Unlimited, Inc to develop a 3-cube tether deployment and inspection system.

software. Hardware included PIC microprocessor, 1GB FLASH, CMOS imager,
brushless DC motor drivers, power system and radio and GPS interfaces.

Thesis
focused on development and test of a custom low-cost UAV airframe and
off-the-shelf electronics. Explored feasibility of University development of a
small scale, low-cost system for commercial and military use. Development
included integration of electronics and airframe, power system development, and
test development and execution. Supervised two undergraduate assistants.
TeacherÕs Assistant for freshmen Computer Science class. Developed OpenGL-based
rigid-body dynamics simulation.
